Phoebe’s began coaching in 2005 as part of a Leadership Development programme for young Disabled graduates looking to kick start their career supporting them their aspirations, skills and areas for improvements, then through job interviews and negotiating their first weeks at work. She’s also supported line managers develop teams and executives develop workable strategies and implementation plans.
Over the last 15 years, she’s supported people set and reach their goals in a variety of areas, from changing careers, learning to sing, getting on better with collegues, speaking in public, to getting over anxiety.
She’s also an experienced line manager and management development trainer.
More recently, since qualifying as a yoga teacher, she specialises in wellbeing coaching, helping people find a productive work life balance by bringing NLP coaching and yoga philosophy (and in some cases yoga asana) to the conversation.
