After 15 years as a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) coach and trainer, I qualified in hatha yoga education in 2016 and Vinyassa hatha in 2017.
I teach a breath led practice bringing awareness to alignment, meditation and the philosophical roots of yoga. I’ll make the class (or private session) based on the needs of the student(s). As an experienced coach and trainer, creating space for people to learn at their own pace comes naturally to me.
I like to structure classes to be just challenging enough to get that ‘yoga high’, which is great for releasing tension from the body and mind. That’s the magic we’re working on the mat after all.
