Phoebe is an expert in learning, skilled at helping individuals and teams achieve their best performance by fostering creativity and innovative working practices. She’s also a wellbeing coach supporting employees and line managers achieve a productive work life balance.
After qualifying in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) in 2005, she moved to the ethical sector. Since, she’s accumulated a rich experience consulting large charity and public sector organisations on people centered learning and organisational development programmes, meeting a variety of strategic programmes including digital transformation, volunteering, fundraising, support, campaigns and recruiting and retaining disabled employees.
An intuitive group facilitator and coach, she’s conducted numerous skills-based workshops, one to one coaching and team development activities on a range of personal development, management and interpersonal topics; and has run research projects involving user opinion on training needs, workshop design, delivery and evaluation.
A creative, she is experienced in strategic programme design, digital learning and communications planning and project managing all aspects of training needs analysis, process scoping, planning, implementation and evaluation.
